With over 35 years of successful leadership experience.  He has a diverse and accomplished background that spans multiple industries and leadership roles. Devon has honed his leadership skills, preparing him for the dynamic challenges of today’s rapidly changing business world.

Devon has shared over 34 years of marriage with his beloved Wife, Kimberly and enjoyed parenting and now mentoring their Son, Dr. Jonathan and Daughter-in-Love, Dr. Kaylah.

Devon is a man of God and a proud alumnus of Hampton University, where he cultivated his commitment to leadership and excellence.  He is a former Combat Military Officer, a current Multi location Financial Services Insurance Agency Owner, a Collegiate Board Member and an active Lifetime Fraternity Member, where he exemplifies the values of brotherhood, achievement, and service. 

Devon’s passion extends beyond professional success, he enjoys spending quality time with family & friends, reading, playing golf, and indulging in his love for sports. He is also committed to building generational wealth, focusing on long-term financial empowerment for his family, his communities and future generations.
